We offer services to set up your home to Superhost/Premier host standards. We manage all aspects including your calendar, guest communication, dynamic pricing and more!
Communication
Communication is key when managing your property. HCP provides the highest level of communication with both our owners and their guests. From initial inquiry to final check out and review, we are in constant contact with our guests. We have options of in person check-in as well as self check ins to accommodate each bookings needs.
Guest Services
Owners' and guests' needs are our priority, and our team makes it happen! We customize each property's check-in/checkout instructions and guidelines, including local recommendations and other key attraction points for the guests.
Professional Vendors
Providing guests with a clean, safe and healthy property is key for all our properties. Every guest will arrival to a professionally cleaned property. HCP has a comprehensive cleaning checklist that we verify has been completed prior to the check-in time.
Local On-Site Support
HCP is a local Big Island Company that serves West Hawaii. We have local representatives to attend to our owner’s properties. We live in the communities we service. Any issues, big or small, we are on-site to personally attend to it.
